HME / DME LICENSE

Currently, twenty-six states require a retail DME license.

The license requirement depends on the type of DME’s that will be sold.

Licenses are often administered by the state Board of Pharmacy.

WWS can help DME retailers obtain state licenses,  Minimizing time-consuming and costly delays.

DME suppliers often must obtain a sales tax permit from each state they operate in.

Standard application requirements include corporate documents, fingerprints of owners and officers, and proof of insurance.

BUSINESS LICENSE

Obtaining and maintaining the appropriate license is a time-consuming process and usually takes you away from what you really need to be dealing with at your facility.
